Felicia brings over 2 decades’ experience in a career that spans consumer and market analysis, data analytics and communication measurement and evaluation.
She first worked as an analyst with Australia’s largest market research company, Roy Morgan Research, in Melbourne, Australia in 1995. After spending 15 years in Australia, Felicia returned to Indonesia in 2003, where she joined Roy Morgan Research Indonesia and was appointed General Manager soon after.
Felicia joined Maverick in 2011 and since 2014 has been heading Maverick’s Analytics department. In 2018 she became the first Indonesian to complete a certification by AMEC in measurement and evaluation for communications. Now she’s a International Board Director and Co-chair of AMEC in Asia Pacific.
