BRI Cultural Transformation

BRI was implementing a corporate culture transformation program through various internal communication channels to ensure thousands of its employees across Indonesia share a common vision and mindset to achieve the company’s overarching business goals.

The right communication strategy is expected to enhance awareness, understanding, and foster an emotional connection in successfully driving cultural transformation among all its employees.

Maverick conducted a study aimed to identify comprehension barriers employees face across various demographic segments, including length of service, region, division, and position. These insights enabled BRI to refine its corporate culture communication strategy and ensure greater relevance in areas requiring improvement.
